Club AGMs:

Our Annual General Meetings are usually held around March each year, and is the annual official gathering for members to review the past year, vote on crucial matters like committee elections and rule changes, approve accounts, and shape the club's future direction, ensuring transparency and member involvement in its governance and activities.
The notice of the AGM will go to all members at least 1 month prior to the meeting, and the Agenda and Reports will be published at least 7 days prior.

2024 AGM

The Cheltenham CTC Club AGM was be held on 11th April 2024. The agenda and reports are available here.

2023 AGM

The Cheltenham CTC Club AGM was be held on 11th May 2023. The agenda and reports are available here.

2022 AGM

2021 AGM

No AGM was held in 2021, due to moving the AGM from the Autumn to the Spring.

2020 AGM

The Cheltenham CTC Club AGM was held on 15th October 2020 at 8pm. Due to the restrictions as a result of Covid, it was held virtually using the Zoom platform. The agenda and reports are available here.
