Minutes of Committee Meeting April 2023

  1. Attendance:

  2. Review and Approve Minutes of Last Meeting
    • Proposed: Ingrid Seconded: Leo
  3. Matters/Actions Arising:
    • Ride Leader Guidance: Awaiting Steve C.
  4. Officer's Reports:
    1. Chair: Draft AGM report circulated
    2. Secretary/IT Officer:
      • Newsletters to be sent with AGM reminders, reminding everyone about the need for committee members, and that there are chips.
      • Newsletter to include updated request for ride leaders to send in rider names.
      • Reminder about Audax ride - 13th May. More volunteers needed to help Stephen P.
    3. Treasurer: Will be completing draft accounts to review in the next few days. Target to review and sign off ready for AGM.
    4. Social Secretary: No report.
    5. Runs Secretary:
      • Bringing together next quarter's ride list. Will be published later this week.
      • Concerned that C ride numbers are dwindling.
      • If there is anything members feel we should be doing, please put ideas forward.
    6. Audax: 47 entries for the Audax on 13th May. Numbers as you would expect with a little over 2 weeks to go.
  5. Any other business:
    1. AGM: Reminders to be sent out/posted etc. Stress the need for new committee members.
    2. Sue Ryder Ride: Sunday 9th July. Stephen is going to speak with them to offer our support.
