      • 9 shirts have been circulated, with good feedback
      • Next up - club ordering
      • Alex to look at a long sleeved design
      • James to set up an order form on the website, for short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts
    • Club Member of the Year: James to speak to Marie
  4. Officer's Reports:
    1. Chair: Will send Tony our thanks for his help following a recent accident
    2. Secretary/IT Officer: Conversations with Stroud about GDPR and their lack of a constitution. Suggest meeting up.
    3. Treasurer: Last transactions out of the account were for the AGM and the clothing subsidy. Current balance £176.32, savings £2219.69.
    4. Social Secretary: BBQ went well. £80 donated to LINC.
    5. Runs Secretary: Ride list published. Only a few corrections.
    6. Audax: No report
    7. Publicity Officer: Nothing to report

    1. Concussion: Following a recent accident, the committee discussed concussion guidance:
    2. Suggestion for a Christmas meetup at Wetherspoons, Tewkesbury - first or second week in December. Save the Date in the newsletter.
