Minutes of Committee Meeting March 2026

  4. Officer's Reports:
    1. Chair: Nothing to report
    2. Secretary/IT Officer:
      • New members
      • Website: Newsletter going to go through AWS/Website. Website backend.
      • AGM: Booked for 14th April at Exmouth Arms. Reports to be passed to the Secretary by 1st April 2026. Most committee members have confirmed they will remain.
    3. Treasurer: Last bank entry was £13.43 for web hosting on 6th January. Present balances £396.72 current account and £2214.17 savings account.
    4. Social Secretary: Nothing to report. Need to book date for BBQ.
    5. Runs Secretary: New runs list published - only a few errors!
    6. Audax:
      • Considered putting on a May Audax ride, but following the cancellation last year it is too late to put one on.
      • We will not be putting one on this year.
      • Sue Ryder Sportive - 38th Edition - 12th July 2026
    7. Publicity Officer: Nothing to report
    8. Welfare Considerations: Nothing to minute
  5. Any other business:
    1. Clothing: John & Mike have spoken with Alex. Alex is going to approach the 3 companies who we'd look to do the manufacturing. We'll see what the outcome is next time.
