Listed under ‘Events’ Category

As well as our regular rides on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have a number of other events through the year.
Tours, ranging from a long weekend to a week, are organised at home and abroad. Many of our members participate in non-competitve reliability and AUDAX rides which are over set routes for a variety of distances to be ridden within a particular time frame. For instance 50 miles in 4 hours or 100 miles in 8 or 10 hours. Each year we help to organise a sponsored cycle ride on behalf of the Sue Ryder Home.
Every few years we host the Cotswold weekend, which attracts riders from all over the country.
Off the bike, there are social events such as skittles matches, curry nights and barbecues. Every year we have our anniversary lunch in October and a Christmas party in (unsurprisingly) December.
